The legal age for casinos, clubs and alcohol in Nevada is 21. A physical passport at the door is the safe bet — UK photo driving licences are also accepted as long as they're not expired and easily identifiable. If a guest is 20 during the trip, we route them out of casino floors and into 18-plus alternatives (restaurants, day-time activities).
Each guest's own responsibility — we don't file for anyone. We'll flag the ESTA and passport timeline when we send the itinerary; the actual application sits with each hen. Note that a US ESTA is required for every UK passport-holder and is best applied for at least 72 hours before departure.
